DENPASAR- Sebanyak 1.089 wanita Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK) yang beroperasi di Pulau Bali ditengarai telah terinfeksi HIV/AIDS. Data tersebut dilansir Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Provinsi Bali, berdasar hasil penelitian tim dari Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 2010.

perkembangan jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS di Bali sejak tahun 1987 hingga April 2011 tercatat 4,399 orang. "Rinciannya untuk kasus AIDS 2.183 orang dan kasus HIV 2.216 orang. 373 orang dinyatakan telah meninggal dunia.

Demikian pula, kasus HIV, tercatat 15 orang meninggal dunia. Dengan fakta ini berarti, sejak 1987 kasus HIV/AIDS sudah merenggut 388 nyawa wanita rata-rata usia produktif 20-29 tahun.

Mengingat jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS dari kelompok PSK sangat tinggi, kami ingatkan pria yang suka ‘jajan’ di tempat-tempat seperti itu mengubah prilaku seksualnya karena bisa membahayakan nyawa

Berdasar penelitian pada tahun 2010, PSK yang terinveksi HIV/AIDS itu meliputi 678 orang PSK langsung (beroperasi di lokalisasi) dan 411 orang lagi merupakan PSK tidak langsung,

Sementara jika dilihat dari sebaran penderita HIV/AIDS per kabupaten/kota, Kota Denpasar masih menduduki peringkat pertama dengan jumlah penderita 1.949 orang sedangkan kabupaten Bangli tercatat paling sedikit penderita HIV-nya yakni 51 orang.

Dikatakan, mayoritas penderita HIV/AIDS itu berasal dari kelompok heteroseksual dengan jumlah kasus 3.183 orang, IDU (768), homo/biseks (253), perinatal (108) dan tidak diketahui sumber penularannya 87 kasus. Sampai saat ini, belum ditemukan kasus HIV/AIDS yang penularannya dari transfusi darah.

Elastisitas otot leher pria muda bernama Alexander ini membuat kita tercengang. Bayangkan, Alex bisa memutar kepalanya hingga 180 derajat.

Aksi Alexander sempat membuat seorang penjaga di sebuah supermarket melempar benda yang dia pegang dan menutup mulut, tanda tak percaya. Dengan bantuan kedua tangan, Alex memutar kepala hingga ke belakang badannya.

Kemampuan tubuh Alex yang berasal dari Eropa Timur ini menarik perhatian sekelompok peneliti. Alex mengaku baru tahu soal elastitas lehernya saat berlatih gym, beberapa tahun lalu. Dia pun berlatih terus hingga kepalanya bisa diputar melebihi batas ambang orang normal.

Alex juga mengaku butuh energi dari seluruh tubuhnya dan konsentrasi penuh untuk melakukan aksi tersebut.
